Where are you located / Do you offer pickup or delivery?

Cane Bay (Summerville, SC). I offer both pickup and delivery. Delivery will incur an additional fee.

How far in advance should I order?

If I am not booked out already, I will need about two weeks to source the supplies. Under a week, before you need your order please ask me anyways, I might still be able to accommodate your request for an additional fee.

Do you offer gluten free/allergy free sugar cookies?

At this time, I do not offer gluten-free or allergy-friendly cookies. While I take great care in the kitchen, my ingredients and equipment may come into contact with common allergens such as wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts. If you have a severe allergy, I recommend using a bakery that specializes in allergen-free baking for your safety.

Do you ship cookies?

No. Cookies are only available for pick up from my home in Summerville, SC. My address will be provided to you once your order is confirmed.

What’s your minimum order?

1 dozen

Do you accept refunds or cancellations?

Since each order is custom-made and prep work begins well in advance, I am unable to offer refunds once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received.

Cancellations made at least 14 days before your pickup date may be eligible for a credit toward a future order, at my discretion.

Orders canceled less than 14 days before pickup are non-refundable, as supplies will have been purchased and work may already be underway.

No-shows or forgotten pickups will not be refunded.

I understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or adjust your order, please reach out as soon as possible — I’ll do my best to work with you.

How do I place an order?

Please use the quote form on my website to submit your request.
As a one-woman business, I do my best to respond to all inquiries within a few business days. I do not check emails on weekends or holidays, but I promise to get back to you as soon as I can during regular business hours.

When is payment due?

Payment is required to secure your spot on my calendar. Your order isn't confirmed until payment is received, as I begin preparing supplies and planning your designs right away.

What flavors do you offer?

All cookies are vanilla bean with regular royal icing.
